So many mortgage lenders are using mobile apps to guide potential borrowers in their loan quest. But most mobile apps have awkward and limited functionality plugged into a clumsy user interface. Like music CDs, mobile apps are fast fading away. Now, the mortgage process is coming into the age of artificial intelligence. Borrowers will be turning to companies who offer a natural language interface. But that means lenders and brokers have to be able to offer new easy-to-understand and simple-to-implement systems. What does that future look like? How quickly will these systems take over?
Pavan Agarwal, CEO of Sun West Mortgage Co., will discuss how his company took on this challenge and created its own AI system called Morgan – tech designed to tame the stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and risk of the home buying process even for those with challenging credit and employment history, making it easier for everyone involved. Don’t miss this case study of how this is driving originations and easing production stress.

Mortgage brokers across the nation are helping their clients achieve the American dream of homeownership and refi while they can during a challenging market in 2022. By leveraging brokers’ superpowers of choice, they can weather any economic climate. During the COVID-19 crisis, LOs who were only partnered with a few lenders were hurt when the lenders slowed down their pipelines or added restrictive overlays. If brokers have many options at their disposal to turn to, they can continue closing loans as quickly and efficiently as ever.
Join Austin Niemiec, Executive Vice President overseeing wholesale at Rocket Pro TPO, as he addresses ways for brokers to quickly and efficiently access the tools they need to be the go-to source for customers. Whether the market is for refis or purchases, it’s changing, and it’s critical for brokers to know they have partners who they can trust – who can be a refuge of strength.

Legendary member of the four-time World Champion Pittsburgh Steelers, Rocky Bleier is one of America's most courageous sportsmen. Crippled by enemy fire in wartime conflict, he fought overwhelming odds and demonstrated the courage and determination to overcome his injuries, becoming one of the NFL's premier running backs.
Rocky Bleier's life story -- a gripping tale of courage on both the football fields of America and the battlefields of war -- has held audiences in rapt attention for years. Yet, the motivational message behind it, detailing how ordinary people can become extraordinary achievers, defines success in the new American century.
With the same optimism, sense of humor and steadfast determination that were his trademarks as a Pittsburgh Steelers running back, Rocky Bleier takes audiences from his early years through his professional career and talks about the lessons he learned along the way…lessons that we all can benefit from.
Not falling within the ideal of what a running back should look like, Bleier had to run harder and play smarter to be able to stand out. Despite his drive and ability to make the big play, the Pittsburgh Steelers only considered him a late round pick. But before the season ended that first year, he was drafted again -- this time by the United States Army. At the height of the Vietnam War, Bleier was thrust into combat early and was seriously wounded when his platoon ran into an ambush. Receiving wounds from both rifle fire and grenade fragments in his legs, he was barely able to walk and his professional football career seemed to have ended before it began.
For more than two years, he drove himself. Little by little he overcame obstacles and fought his way back. He not only made the Pittsburgh Steelers, but also eventually became a starting running back on a team that won four Super Bowls and became the greatest football team of the 20th century.
The hard lessons Rocky Bleier learned early in his life that helped him overcome adversity and reach his goals, have paid off after football. Some of those lessons are seen between the lines in the popular book on his life, Fighting Back, and an ABC-TV movie of the week by the same name.

Avoid the hiring issues with processing / underwriting. How to hire, train, and develop your own team! After decades of experience in mortgage operations management, many have found a constant challenge trying to hire team members to fill key roles such as loan officer assistant, processor, underwriters, and auditors. Since there is no college degree or tech schools that formally train these team members it creates quite the challenge to fill these roles with competent team members. Choose the wrong candidate and it can cost you thousands in origination errors, rate locks "busts", underwriting errors, and reputation risk in approving borrowers that cannot meet underwriting guidelines.
In this session you will be provided with the four key elements to solve this problem and how to properly execute it. With these principals you be provided with the framework to build your own "production assembly line" for these operations members and also consider our "turn key system". This session will benefit the loan officer hiring their first processor, the small team looking grow with scale, or the corporate trainer that need a time tested training system to decrease turn times while increasing the level of quality.

Are you prepared to address the lending needs of older Americans with loan programs, product education, staffing and a marketing plan? Do you need to fast track this demographic to increase your potential growth and marketshare objectives? Let’s expedite the discussion and begin a pathway to this growing origination opportunity.
