Please do not fall for these scam phone calls. At American Business Media LLC, we NEVER engage any outside company to solicit hotel reservations from our clients and attendees. We provide you a convenient link to access discounted hotel rooms at our event site, and that is the ONLY way we encourage you to book your discounted rooms. These other companies routinely charge you more for rooms, and often at other hotels. They demand immediate credit card payment, and tape your conversation giving them permission to book the rooms in order to fight any attempt at refunds. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THEM IN CONVERSATION, OR BOOK ANY ROOMS THROUGH ANY THIRD PARTY SOLICITATION.

Marketing MAterials

Now it's time to begin inviting clients and prospects to attend the expo on your behalf. You can invite your clients to attend for free using your custom invitation codes, which can be found here.

To save time, we have put together suggested email invitation templates. All you need to do is add in your name and company logo, and insert your custom invitation code. One big benefit you get as a supporter of the conference is the ability to invite all your customers and prospects to attend for free. We’re not just renting you a booth for a day. We’re trying to give you extended marketing benefits. Remember: there’s no limit on the number of people who can accept your invitation for a FULL conference registration, and there no cost to you. This is a great opportunity for you to reach out and offer something of value to your database across the nation. You often ask those folks to buy something from you. Here’s your chance to offer them something in return.
